偏振分光棱鏡（PBS）
偏振分光棱鏡能把入射的非偏振光分成兩束垂直的線(xiàn)偏光。其中P偏光完全通過(guò)，而S偏光以45度角被反射，出射方向與P光成90度角。此偏振分光棱鏡由一對(duì)高精度直角棱鏡膠合而成，其中一個(gè)棱鏡的斜邊上鍍有偏振分光介質(zhì)膜
